About the Business Development Representative position

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow Quoin Compliance through outbound prospecting and lead generation. This is a primarily outbound, phone-first sales development position focused on identifying and engaging CPA firms, accounting practices, and law firms that could benefit from Quoin's services.

The BDR will be responsible for initiating conversations with prospective partners, identifying business needs, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. While most opportunities will come from proactive outreach, the BDR will also follow up with prospects generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and other lead sources. The ideal candidate enjoys high-volume cold calling, is comfortable navigating gatekeepers, and can turn initial conversations into qualified sales meetings.

About 360 Legal (A Family of Brands)

360 Legal is a leading provider of online legal and business solutions, offering a suite of innovative, easy-to-use platforms designed to empower individuals, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and businesses at every stage. As the parent company of a growing family of brands, 360 Legal delivers accessible and affordable services across a wide range of needs – from business formation and trademark registration to estate planning, legal documents, mail management, and nonprofit compliance.

About the Brand

Quoin Compliance, part of the 360 Legal family of brands, provides business formation, registered agent, and ongoing entity compliance services. We partner with accounting firms, law firms, and other professional service providers to help them manage business entities and compliance requirements for their clients. By handling the filing and compliance work, Quoin enables firms to focus on serving their clients while expanding the services they can offer. Launched in 2026, Quoin offers the opportunity to help build and grow a developing brand backed by an established organization.

What You’ll Do

Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to CPA firms, accounting practices, and law firms.

Identify and engage decision-makers, including firm owners, managing partners, and practice leaders.

Navigate gatekeepers to connect with appropriate decision-makers.

Introduce Quoin Compliance's business formation, registered agent, and entity compliance solutions.

Conduct initial discovery to understand how firms currently manage formations, annual reports, registered agent services, reinstatements, and other compliance filings for their clients.

Identify potential business needs and schedule qualified meetings with prospects who demonstrate a legitimate fit.

Execute consistent, multi-touch follow-up through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.

Follow up with prospects generated through webinars, conferences, marketing campaigns, and inbound inquiries.

Maintain accurate prospect information, sales activities, and next steps in HubSpot.

Provide clear meeting handoff notes outlining the prospect's business, identified needs, and potential opportunities.

Collaborate with the sales team to improve prospect qualification and meeting-to-opportunity conversion.

Share common objections, prospect feedback, and market insights to help refine messaging and targeting.

Consistently meet or exceed sales activity and qualified meeting goals.

Follow company calling policies and applicable sales outreach requirements.

What You’ll Need

Minimum 1 year of outbound sales, business development, or appointment-setting experience.

Demonstrated success with cold calling, prospecting, and generating qualified meetings.

Confidence making high volumes of outbound calls and engaging business owners and senior decision-makers.

Strong verbal communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills.

Ability to conduct effective discovery conversations and identify potential business needs.

Strong organizational skills and disciplined follow-up habits.

Comfortable working independently in a remote, metrics-driven sales environment.

Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable with performance-based compensation.

Preferred

Experience selling B2B services to small and midsize businesses.

Experience prospecting accounting firms, law firms, or other professional service organizations.

Familiarity with business formation, registered agent, or corporate compliance services.

Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or sales engagement platforms.

Experience using power dialers or parallel dialing technology.
