Deine Verantwortung
Ansprechpartner:in für betriebswirtschaftliche Fragestellungen im Werk und in der Produktion sowie Unterstützung bei operativen und strategischen Projekten

Verantwortung für die Deckungsbeitragsrechnung des Werks: kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Nutzung als zentrales Steuerungsinstrument

Erstellung, Analyse und Interpretation von Kosten-, Produktions- und Effizienzkennzahlen mit Ableitung fundierter Handlungsempfehlungen

Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen und Identifikation von Kostentreibern inkl. Maßnahmenableitung

Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen zur Umsetzung von Optimierungen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Bewertungen von Investitionsvorhaben

Aktive Einbringung in strategische Entscheidungen des Standorts

Voraussetzungen

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Produktionscontrolling

Selbstständige, ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit analytischem Blick und organisatorischem Talent

Präzises Arbeiten sowie souveräner Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Situationen

Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint); Erfahrung mit BI-/Qlik-Tools und ERP-Systemen (z. B. Infor M3) von Vorteil
