About the role

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by

Are you actively looking for a new opportunity? Or just checking the market? Well… you might just be in the right place!

We’re looking for a Senior Partner Development Manager - Hospitality Partnerships to join our Business Development team. You will proactively identify and secure strategic brand-level partnerships, lead complex negotiations, and drive initiatives that establish Lightspeed as an official or preferred partner across targeted hotel chains and hospitality brands.

This role acts as a commercial hunter and cross-functional change agent, ensuring alignment across teams, executing high-impact partnership agreements, and paving the way for scalable growth in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Drive and support strategic business development initiatives to secure Lightspeed as a mandated, preferred, or official technology partner at target hotel brands and corporate hospitality groups.

Identify target groups, navigate complex corporate hierarchies, and own the end-to-end commercial negotiations for master framework agreements.

Lead the transition of secured brand partnerships to regional direct sales teams, ensuring flawless execution, pipeline access, and property-level rollout.

Foster collaboration and clear communication across departments (Sales, Legal, Product, Success) to maintain alignment and momentum during negotiations and handoff.

Expand our partnership footprint beyond hotel brands into adjacent hospitality segments (e.g., multi-property restaurant groups, lifestyle hospitality).

Partner with Product and Executive leadership to act as the internal voice of enterprise hospitality brands, feeding back market intelligence and brand requirements.

Continuously assess priorities and adapt your focus in line with the company's growth and regional needs.

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a Senior candidate who has experience with the following:

6 + years of proven experience in B2B Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Enterprise Sales within the Hospitality Tech, Hotel Operations, or SaaS ecosystem.

Proven experience leading complex negotiations and securing enterprise framework agreements or brand-standard listings with multi-property hotel chains.

Background in high-growth, fast-paced environments - preferably within SaaS or technology sectors.

An existing, actionable network across hotel brand executives, hospitality asset managers, or procurement teams.
