ABOUT THE COMPANY:An innovative B2B SaaS platform serving the Allied Health clinic sector. By integrating directly with leading Patient Management Systems, their software provides branded, web-based patient intake forms and dedicated check-in kiosk solutions that streamline clinical operations and enhance the patient journey. Backed by an established strategic roadmap and marketing leadership, the organization is scaling its multi-channel footprint and market reach.
ROLE OVERVIEW:Working directly alongside the Marketing Growth Lead, the Marketing Specialist acts as the core tactical execution engine for the brand. This role bridges high-level strategy and day-to-day operations by managing content output, web pages, email nurture sequences, and multi-channel campaigns. It is designed for an autonomous, execution-focused professional who excels at turning strategic roadmaps into measurable pipeline momentum in a fully remote setup.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Production: Write, edit, and publish blog posts, resources, and case studies that speak to Allied Health clinic owners and practice managers. Manage the content calendar and maintain a consistent publishing cadence.

Website & Landing Pages: Build and update pages in Webflow — including landing pages, feature pages, and conversion-focused content — to support campaigns and improve the buyer journey.

Email Marketing: Set up and execute email campaigns including nurture sequences, onboarding flows, and re-engagement campaigns using our email marketing platform.

Campaign Execution: Deploy and monitor marketing campaigns across B2B channels, including paid acquisition when required.

Social Media: Maintain a consistent, high-quality presence across relevant social platforms. Plan, create, and schedule posts that build awareness and drive traffic.

Review & Reputation Campaigns: Drive customer review campaigns to build social proof on relevant platforms.

Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign and channel performance, pull basic reporting, and flag what's working and what isn't. You don't need to be a data analyst, but you should be comfortable reading dashboards and reporting on key metrics.

Momentum Building: Proactively identifying the next steps needed to keep our growth roadmap on track.
