About the role

Company Overview
Our client builds an all-in-one booking and park-management platform for outdoor hospitality. Campground, RV park, and glamping operators use it to manage reservations, availability, rates, payments, guest messaging, and reporting in one place. It also runs a traveler-facing marketplace that brings operators more bookings.
Many customers are small and mid-sized businesses whose busiest days depend on the software running smoothly. They choose this platform for its ease of use and for the real, hands-on support behind it.
Your Role
As a Sales Assistant Representative on the demo pipeline, you're the first contact for park owners who ask for a demo. You reply to each request, call the owner, and book the demo. A park owner who asks for a demo is usually comparing software, and a slow reply gets passed over quickly.
This is a junior, full time role, fully remote from Latin America on U.S. business hours. You report to the company owner and sales leadership in Texas, and the sales team there runs the demos.
Success means replying to new requests within minutes, booking demos with confirmations and reminders sent, and handing the sales team clear notes, the right time zone and a confirmed attendee.
You'll

Reply to demo requests from campground and RV park owners within minutes

Call owners to confirm interest and ask about fit and urgency

Offer demo times that suit the owner's time zone and the sales team

Send a confirmation and a reminder for every booked demo

Write CRM notes after each call with what was said and the next date

Follow up with quiet leads until they book or decline

Hand booked demos to the sales team with notes and a confirmed attendee

Report objections and lead quality patterns to sales leadership, with examples

You Bring

Regular live phone calls in English with customers or leads, such as support or reservations

Your own follow-up list, with a next contact date and second or third calls

Notes kept in a CRM, ticketing tool or tracker that other people used

Clear spoken and written English, including calls with U.S. business owners at normal speed

Experience booking and confirming appointments across time zones

Good judgement about when a lead or a handoff looks wrong, and telling the team early

Full time availability on U.S. business hours, working remotely from Latin America

Bonus Points

HubSpot or Salesforce used day to day

Outbound calling or appointment setting against a daily call target

Taking bookings by phone in hotels, resorts, tours or travel

Having sat in on or run a software demo

What's Offered
What we'd estimate for a role like this: $1,000 to $2,000 USD a month, based on experience. Share the range that fits your level and we'll go from there.

Interview Process
1️⃣ First call: 30 minutes with us at atomic✳HR on what you have built, working terms and what you want next.
2️⃣ First interview: a conversation with our client on the work itself: how you reply to a new demo request, how you talk with a park owner on the phone, and how you write up a call so someone else can act on it. It can include a short role-play call to a busy campground owner, a written confirmation and follow-up, and a scheduling exercise across U.S. time zones. Each one is explained before you do it, and each is read for clarity, speed and clean notes.
3️⃣ Second interview: a further conversation with our client on how you would work with the sales team, hand over a booked demo, and report back on objections and lead quality.
4️⃣ Offer: rate, start date and schedule, in writing.
