About the role

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Brand Manager for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Define, develop and evolve the brand strategy, positioning and visual identity framework
Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints and communications
Brief, manage and collaborate with creative agencies, designers and content producers
Plan and oversee brand campaigns across digital, print and experiential channels
Monitor brand health metrics, consumer sentiment and competitor brand positioning
Lead brand guidelines documentation, training and governance across the business
Requirements
5+ years of brand management experience in a consumer or B2B environment
Strong creative instincts combined with strategic and commercial thinking
Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns
Experience working with creative agencies and managing brand budgets
Confident communicator with strong English writing and presentation skills
