Due to growth, we are adding a Manager, Brand Strategy to our team.
The Manager, Brand Strategy plays a critical role in advancing and protecting enterprise brands across all channels and touchpoints. This position is responsible for defining, evolving and driving adherence to the organization’s brand strategy, ensuring consistency in how brands are expressed internally and externally.
The Manager, Brand Strategy will oversee a team of creative professionals to deliver high-quality, on-brand work that supports business goals and strategically aligns to marketing objectives. The role works closely across the marketing and communications department as well as with business stakeholders to translate strategy into compelling execution while strengthening trust in our brands.

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team?
Responsible for governing the enterprise brand strategy, supporting ongoing alignment and evolution with organizational goals and market positioning.
Drive consistent application of brand standards across all channels, including marketing, digital, sales, and corporate communications.
Act as a strategic partner to translate marketing and business goals into aligned deliverables.
Serve as a brand steward and ambassador, influencing and educating internal teams and partners on brand guidelines and best practices.
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of creatives (graphic designers and marketing copywriters), providing feedback and final approvals. Fosters a culture of creativity, quality, and continuous improvement.
Manage resources to ensure efficient delivery of creative work, supporting prioritization while also elevating capacity to support initiative pipeline.
Ensure all creative output meets high standards for quality, clarity, brand alignment, and audience relevance.
Provide hands-on creative direction and feedback to elevate work and ensure consistency across value-driving deliverables.
Monitor brand performance and perception, using insights to refine strategy and improve effectiveness.
Oversee brand-related initiatives such as campaigns, brand refreshes, messaging frameworks and visual identity updates.
Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed.

Qualifications
What our team expects from you?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
5+ years of experience in brand, creative, or marketing roles with demonstrated progression in responsibility and people leadership required.
Experience developing and managing enterprise-level brands, supporting key strategies and owning ongoing governance and guidelines required.
Proven ability to connect brand initiatives to measurable business outcomes such as growth, acquisition, or retention required.
Experience evolving and/or developing brand strategy informed by market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis required.
Strong understanding of brand systems, visual identity, and messaging frameworks for both digital and traditional marketing
Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate the tie between creative concepts, brand strategy and marketing objectives.
Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into differentiated brand positioning and messaging.
Experience managing priorities across multiple stakeholders and balancing strategic and tactical work required.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a complex organization required.
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
