To fuel our next stage of growth, we are looking for a data-driven Finance & Operations Manager who thrives in a high-speed environment.
The Mission
You will be the architect of our financial engine. Your goal is to ensure that as our GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) is strongly growing, our margins remain healthy and our cash flow stays liquid.
You will bridge the gap between TikTok’s backend data, our payouts, and our internal profitability.
Aufgaben
Your Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Commission Reconciliation: Manage the complex flow of funds from TikTok Shop, including platform fees, affiliate payouts, and client disbursements.
Performance Controlling: Analyze the ROI of creator campaigns and live-stream sessions.
You tell us which creators are profitable and which aren't. Cash Flow & Payout Management: Ensure creators and partners are paid accurately and on time while optimizing our own working capital.
Process Automation: You will help implement and oversee tools that connect TikTok Shop data with our accounting software
Commercial Strategy: Support the leadership team in pricing our services—moving from pure retainers to performance-based models (revenue share).
Qualifikation
Your Profile
Experience: 2-4 years in Finance, Controlling, or Ops. Experience in E-commerce, D2C brands, or Affiliate Marketing is a massive plus.
Data Literacy: You are a Google Sheets/Excel wizard. You don't just see numbers; you see patterns and "leaks" in the funnel.
Agility: You thrive in "organized chaos." A TikTok algorithm change doesn't scare you; you adapt the reporting by EOD.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with e-commerce backends (Shopify, TikTok Shop Seller Center) and modern fintech tools (Spendesk, Moss, etc.).
