About the role

Description
As a Sales Development Representative at Cynet, you are the front line of our channel growth strategy. You will open doors, shape first impressions, and set the foundation for long term partner relationships.
This is market creation.
What will you do

Identify and engage MSP and MSSP prospects across EMEA

Run structured outbound sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn

Conduct discovery calls to qualify business and technical fit

Schedule high quality meetings for Partner Acquisition Managers and Channel Account Managers

Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting

Consistently exceed monthly activity and opportunity targets

Requirements

1–3 years experience in outbound sales, SDR, or BDR roles

High comfort with cold outreach and objection handling

Familiarity with cybersecurity, MSPs, or SaaS preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salesforce or similar CRM experience.

Fluent German skills

Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position is 50,000-70,000 €. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including location, level, relevant experience, and skills.
