About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Finance Operations Lead to support a U.S.-based financial services team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong operations background who also understands financial services and is comfortable taking ownership of processes, coordinating a team, and reporting directly to leadership.
The right person will learn the company's existing processes, help ensure they are followed consistently, and support the training and day-to-day coordination of advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and manage the company's internal financial and operational processes.
Coordinate workflows and ensure tasks and follow-ups are completed accurately and on time.
Support the onboarding and training of advisors on established processes and procedures.
Monitor team performance, identify issues, and communicate updates directly to leadership.
Maintain organized documentation, reporting, and operational records.
Help improve workflows and create more efficient processes when needed.
Serve as a reliable point of contact between leadership and the advisor team.
Take ownership of operational issues and ensure they are followed through to resolution.
Requirements
Previous experience in operations within financial services, lending, banking, wealth management, mortgage, fintech, or a related industry.
Strong understanding of operational workflows and process management.
Experience leading, coordinating, training, or supporting a team.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Comfortable learning new processes and systems quickly.
Experience working with U.S.-based companies or teams is preferred.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1, C2) REQUIRED
Compensation:
$1,200 - $1400 (Based on experience)
