Overview

Jackson Dawson is hiring a customer-focused professional to join our Performance Vehicle Concierge Team.

In this remote role, you will serve as the initial brand representative for high-net-worth customers who have been selected to purchase an exclusive, high-performance vehicle. You will personalize and manage the early portion of the customer journey—answering a broad range of questions and documenting relevant information before the next step in the bespoke customer journey.

Through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings, you will build strong rapport with your assigned customers, anticipate their needs, and manage expectations while keeping every program deadline on track. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator—both written and verbal—who listens actively, multitasks with ease, and manages time effectively. You thrive in a collaborative team environment, readily support colleagues, and remain disciplined and accountable for the success of your own customer portfolio.
