Why does this role exist?This Senior Marketing Coordinator role exists to centralize and elevate day-to-day marketing operations that drive candidate acquisition, client engagement, and brand consistency. The hire will lead the planning and execution of social, email, events, referral, and campaign workflows while ensuring deadlines are met, materials are on-brand, and requests align with strategic goals. They will also standardize processes, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and use data to improve outcomes across channels.
The Impact you’ll make
Social, Content, and Brand Management
Plan, schedule, and curate engaging content across social channels
Create on-brand graphics for social, flyers, and campaigns using Canva/Adobe
Update and maintain marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and consistency
Campaigns, Email, and Communications
Build and deploy newsletters and email campaigns (e.g., Constant Contact)
Draft holiday/closure and client communications; review inbound marketing requests
Develop forms and workflows to support campaigns and lead capture
Events and Referral Marketing
Coordinate event logistics, order materials, and manage timelines end-to-end
Drive projects for the referral marketing program to increase participation
Coordinate internal/external campaigns (e.g., National Healthcare Recruiter Day)
Talent Marketing and Channel Operations
Monitor and report on weekly job postings; optimize titles and descriptions
Manage LinkedIn job slots within the dashboard; track utilization
Ensure all job-related marketing aligns with brand and compliance standards
Analytics, Research, and Project Leadership
Conduct SEO keyword/competition research and competitor analysis
Pull insights from Salesforce (or similar ATS/CRM) and vendor sources to inform decisions
Own deadline management, project plans, and cross-functional coordination; mentor or guide junior contributors as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
5+ years of professional marketing experience, including leading projects and/or guiding a small team
Hands-on experience creating and deploying email campaigns (Constant Contact or similar)
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Gmail
Working knowledge of Adobe tools and Canva for basic design and asset creation
Ability to analyze data and report insights using Salesforce (or similar ATS/CRM) and vendor sources
WFH Set-Up:Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
Back-up computer and internet connection
Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
