Are you an experienced recruitment consultant with a background in agency recruitment? Are you fluent in Italian and passionate about connecting people with exciting international career opportunities?
We're looking for an experienced Italian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to join our international team and help us recruit candidates for customer service and multilingual roles across Europe.
We're looking for someone who already understands the pace, ownership and expectations of agency recruitment and enjoys building candidate pipelines from scratch.
About the Role
As an Italian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter, you'll manage your own recruitment projects from sourcing through placement while working remotely as part of our international team.
During your first three months, you'll receive a paid onboarding and training period, giving you time to learn our clients, systems and recruitment processes while building your own pipeline.
After the onboarding period, you'll transition to an uncapped commission model, where your earnings are directly linked to your results.
To succeed in this role, you should be willing to dedicate approximately 30–40 hours per week.
Your Responsibilities

Source and headhunt Italian-speaking candidates for international positions

Recruit candidates in English for multilingual roles across Europe

Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability

Present high-quality candidates to our clients

Build and manage your own candidate pipeline

Maintain excellent communication throughout the recruitment process

Collaborate closely with our international recruitment team

Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Requirements
Native or near-native Italian and strong English skills
Previous experience working for a recruitment agency is required
Experience managing the full recruitment cycle
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, particularly using job portals and social media
Comfortable working independently with performance-based targets
Highly organised, proactive and self-motivated
Passionate about candidate experience and quality-driven recruitment
